This is by far the most popular designs. Included: Standard preparation, minor concrete patching, acrylic modified base coat, grout coat, stencil design, flagstone coat, hand staining, detail finish work, sealing, and application of safe-grip non-slip additive. The advantage with this design is that StoneTech can utilize the existing cracks into the flagstone design. By using the existing concrete versus replacing it, the existing defects are in the concrete, and are incorporated into the final look making it extremely difficult to see and easily repaired if the concrete re-cracks.
